PROCESSING?

Products are made at the time your order is received to ensure you receive them in a timely fashion. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All purchases are processed within 5-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) of the purchase. This does not include time for shipping! Due to COVID shipping times may be delayed.

Order cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after purchase is made for a full refund including shipping fee. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email info@myroyaldesign.com if you have any issues with your order.

Return policy

We are a handmade business who strive to put our customers first. Unfortunately because most of our items are custom/personalized we have a NO RETURN POLICY. 

PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart before ordering. If you have any questions feel free to contact us prior to ordering!

If an item is defective upon receipt you MUST contact us ASAP(upon 2 days of receiving item) via email: info@myroyaldesign.com, include your order number and a picture of the item.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note that due to COVID-19 some of our orders will have a longer than expected date for delivery. We thank you for understanding.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 Damages

Royal Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


What are your shipping policy rates?

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated during the checkout process.

What if I want something custom?

We’d love to accommodate a custom order! Head over to the contact page and fill out the form with your custom order, the quantity, and the date you would need it by and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we are a small company and not all custom orders will be able to be fulfilled.
